  • NorthernVeils values its customers and respects their privacy. We only collect customer information in order to process and ship your order. Personal information you provide while placing your order is kept confidential and secure, and will never be sold, exchanged, or otherwise distributed.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Standard Shipping Charge: We charge a flat shipping and handling rate depending on the value of your order for delivery in the United States, which includes insurance. Additional shipping charges may apply to large orders and we will contact you in advance with a shipping quote.

    Standard Delivery Time: Generally orders are shipped within (3) Business Days, excluding holidays. Standard shipping is UPS Ground and delivery time is between 1-6 days depending on your location.

    Expedited Delivery: Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 Day delivery is available. Please e-mail or call ahead before placing order to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Charges vary.

    International Shipping: We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS. Shipping charges vary depending on your location. There is a minimum charge of $25 that will be added to your online invoice. Your final shipping charge will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs once we receive your order.   • Sales Tax
  • All orders shipped to an address within the state of California are subject to a mandatory state sales tax of 7.25%. Any differences in the local district sales tax are the customers responsibility.


  • Return Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receipt for store credit only. Merchandise must be returned in its original unused condition, and all tags, cards and pouches must be included.

    An RA number must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Please either email or phone us so we can provide you with all information needed and to let us now the reason for the return/exchange. The RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return package or it will be refused.

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you, the customer, is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    For your protection, returns must be sent via a traceable delivering service such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or FedEx. We recommend purchasing insurance since NorthernVeils cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged in transit due to improper/insufficient packaging will not be accepted. No COD deliveries accepted.

    All orders are shipped insured so please contact us immediately upon receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly.

    Made-to-order merchandise is considered final sale and is non-refundable.



  • Miscellaneous
  • Repair Service

    We provide a repair service for all KumKum jewelry. Contact us prior to sending the piece, so we can advice you on the approximate cost. In general, the turn-around time is 4-6 weeks. We use an excellent, first-class jeweler for all repairs, so your treasured piece will be in good hands. Upon receipt of the piece we will inspect it and in the case of a change in the estimated repair fee, we will contact you.
